  1. 1. Choose Open from the File menu 
  2.     and select the movie you want.

  4.     When the movie opens, you can 
  5.     play it, make changes, and save it
  6.     as usual.

  8. 2. Choose Compression Settings from 
  9.     the Conversion menu.

  11.     Indicate the new settings for the 
  12.     movie. The sample image in the 
  13.     dialog box changes to show the 
  14.     effects of your settings.
